Got a late morning start and suffered. So hot and humid. Glad it was a short week, otherwise I would have never made it.

at the end did 5 one min speed intervals at 7.5 with one min. rest in between

Ran 30 mins on treadmill at gym, hated every minute of it. I think the gym needs to invest in a better AC system.
