Well after a week long cold I'm finally exercising again. Haven't done anything since Monday and I must admit I'm in a much better mood today. Exercise definitely is a stress reliever for me.
Long Run
95 mins
loops in Churchill, Crowder, Dutchman Downs.
humid again, even at 8:30am
felt ok for the first 45mins then pretty much fell apart.
blisters, leg cramps, headache, MP3 player died you name it.
Gu'd at 50 mins. didn't seem to do much however. forgot to eat before the run, i think i should make that a priority from now on. No energy!
Hope I got in the required 9 miles though. Thats all that matters.
