Swam laps with John. Lost track but didn't swim too many. Still working on my form, I'm getting better just have to perfect the breathing part. Its nice to do something different. Especially since I haven't been lifting in awhile. Need something to work my upper body. Gotta get rid of the tricep flab!

why does biking hurt my knee??
